• 8 + years’ Experience on identification of vertebrate (mammals, birds, reptiles, lizards, amphibians and fish) and invertebrate (butterflies, dragonflies, damselflies and many kinds of insects) as well as terrestrial and aquatic resources species
• 18 years of working experience as teaching and management
• 10 years’ Research experiences including ecology, biodiversity and conservation of many places in Myanmar
